Proudly Serving Lake Wallenpaupack, PA
Wallenpaupack lake houses work hard. What starts as a weekend retreat becomes summer headquarters, then the holiday gathering spot, then — for the lucky ones — a year-round home. Perez Design Build Remodel specializes in exactly that evolution, bringing whole house remodels, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, home additions, and complete exterior remodeling to the lake.
Our recent work here includes a lake house reimagined from the ground up — a dated getaway rebuilt into a bright, modern home that finally matches its setting. Projects like that succeed on planning: our designers rework the layout with you, you preview the finished home in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, and the price is fixed, fair, and honest before construction starts — no small thing when the property is two counties from your weekday life.
That distance is exactly why lake owners choose design-build. One team owns the whole project — design, materials, permits, construction, and communication — so the house progresses whether or not you’re there to watch, and what you see on move-in weekend matches what you approved on screen.
Inside, lake kitchens need to feed a boat’s worth of guests and store a summer’s worth of everything; we design for both. Bathrooms range from bunkroom-adjacent family layouts to spa-inspired primary suites — and winterization-minded whole-house work handles the insulation, systems, and four-season comfort that turn a three-season cottage into a real home.
Outside, lake weather is its own climate: sun off the water, wind with a running start, and Pocono winters. We install roofing, siding, windows, doors, and decking specified for it, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties.
Whether you’re modernizing a family camp, winterizing for year-round living, or planning the lake house you’ll retire to, Perez Design Build Remodel is ready. Call today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — and bring your dock photos.
