Proudly Serving Forest City, PA
At the top of the Lackawanna Valley, where the borough meets Susquehanna County and the winters mean it, Forest City homes are built to work — and deserve remodeling that works just as hard. Perez Design Build Remodel serves Forest City and the surrounding communities with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding.
Forest City’s classic borough homes — and the getaway properties drawn here by Elk Mountain and the rail trail — share one thing: they reward a plan. Our design-build process supplies it. One team takes your project from first conversation to final walkthrough: floorplans reworked with our designers, the finished project previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, materials selected in person, and a fair, honest price fixed before construction starts.
Kitchens here often carry their original footprint — snug, closed-off, and overdue for the way households actually cook and gather. We open them up without losing the home’s character, pairing efficient layouts with cabinetry, counters, and finishes you choose from real samples, not catalog pages.
Bathrooms get the same range: hardworking family layouts, spa-inspired primary baths, and accessible, aging-in-place designs that let you keep the home — and the mountain views — for the long term.
Outside is where the northern valley tests a house hardest. We install quality roofing systems, beautiful low-maintenance siding, and energy-efficient windows and doors built for snow-country winters, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties — improvements you see in the curb appeal and feel in the heating bill.
Whether you’re updating a longtime family home or turning a ski-season getaway into a year-round retreat, Perez Design Build Remodel is ready to help. Call today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — we’ll show you our work and what your Forest City home could become.
