Who provides the financing?
Service Finance Company, LLC, a third-party lender we work with. Perez Design-Build Remodel is not the lender; we help you through the application.
What does 0% interest for 12 months mean?
On approved credit, the plan charges no interest for the first 12 months. Before you apply, we go over the full terms with you, including the payments and what happens after the 12 months.
What can I finance?
Remodels, additions, custom homes and exterior work such as roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks and landscaping. Ask us about your project.
How do I apply?
Talk to us first. Call, text or send the form on this page, and we will walk you through the plan and help you apply with Service Finance.
Do I need financing to work with Perez?
No. Financing is optional, for homeowners who would rather spread the cost out over time.
