When we purchased our home in December of 2023, we fell in love with the property and saw that the house had tons of potential.  Soon after we purchased our home, we conscientiously sought a company to turn our vision into a realty.  Today we feel very fortunate to have found Perez Design, Build, and Remodel, LLC.
After a few meetings with Adam Perez, we felt confident that we were hiring the right company to remodel our home.  Adam presented us with a very clear, comprehensive plan that detailed the stages and cost of the project.  When we look back at where we started, and where we are today, we are amazed by all that the Perez team was able to accomplish in three months.
Designing the home was stress-free and uncomplicated.  Tracy and David listened and offered invaluable advice.  Their design knowledge and expertise helped us maintain the style and character of the home, while blending some of the furniture pieces we have collected over the years.  With every design decision, they married our style and preferences with the mid-century style of the house.  The end result is absolutely stunning.  We envision enjoying this house for many years to come.
The demolition, construction, and installation went so quickly and smoothly.  Jason and his dream team kept the project moving.  Even with change orders, Jason and his team kept the project on track and got us into the house a week earlier than the projected move-in date.  In three months, he turned a very dated 1970’s home into a custom dream home.
During the construction phase, we visited the house almost daily.  With each visit, there was noticeable progress.  Jason was always available to answer any questions or address our concerns.  He was very patient and he listened.  He carefully and creatively resolved any problems.  We feel as though he worked on our home as if it was his own.  He payed close attention to details and made sure things were done right.
On more than one occasion, Jason and Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.  In the early stages of the project, we had a lot of rain.  While working in the basement, Mike noticed water seeping in through the window well.  He phoned us and immediately began cutting pieces of wood to prop up all of our furniture we had stored in the basement during the remodel.  When we arrived at the house, all of our furniture was secure, and he was working vigorously to dry up the floor.   Then, when planning to move back into the house, we experienced a scheduling conflict with the moving company and Richard’s travel schedule.  Jason accommodated an earlier move-in date, which helped resolve this conflict.  Later, while moving back into the house, the movers we hired were not able to get our big leather couch into the basement where we wanted it.  Jason and his team worked their magic and figured out a way to get the couch in the basement.  Thank you!!!
We couldn’t be happier with the Perez Design, Build, and Remodel team.  We are so pleased and satisfied with the entire remodeling experience that the team provided us.  As we make plans to renovate the exterior of the home and property, we will look no further than Perez Design, Build, and Remodel, LLC.

Our family moved into an older home that needed some changes to make it feel like ours. Perez DBR just completed a renovation on several rooms, and we couldn't be more happy. The communication has been frequent and thorough since the beginning, and we really appreciated how detail oriented our team was from planning all the way through execution. Multiple people showed up for various parts of our remodel (demo, construction, electrical, painting, and plumbing), and each person was friendly, hard working, and an expert in their field. We also requested several changes to our original plan, and they happily accommodated for our alterations and did quality work. Perez DBR remodeled my kitchen in 2009. We recently had them come in to update it with a new countertop and sink, a few new cabinets to replace a beverage center and updated hinges. We were very pleased when the kitchen was first done and we are just as happy with the refresh.

I had a good experience working with Perez construction company.  The listened to my inputs and made sure I was happy with the process along the way from designing to finishing the construction.  Once the work began, the crew worked hard and got it done without wasting time.  If there was any concern or comment, they listened and came up with a solution that met my expectation as well as safety. We cannot say enough good things about Perez builders. They rebuilt our entire front porch, which was not easy because it is semi round. The crew was always on time, cleaned up every day, kept us apprised of the progress, were genuinely good natured and excited to do the job. Excellent work. We couldn’t be happier.
