Proudly Serving Moscow, PA
North Pocono living means four real seasons — and Moscow homes need to be ready for every one of them. From the borough’s classic streets to the wooded lots of the surrounding townships, Perez Design Build Remodel builds for mountain life: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding.
Families settle in Moscow for the long term — the schools, the space, the quiet — and remodel accordingly. Our design-build process is built for that horizon: one team from first sketch to final walkthrough, your floorplan reworked with our designers, the finished project previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, and a fair, honest price fixed before construction begins.
Mountain home layouts have their quirks — split levels waiting to be opened up, basements with potential, kitchens that never anticipated becoming the center of family life. We specialize in finding the better floorplan hiding inside the current one, and in additions that add the space a growing household needs without looking added-on.
Bathrooms get the full range: hardworking family layouts that survive the school-morning rush, spa-inspired primary suites, and accessible, aging-in-place designs for staying comfortably in the home you built your life around.
Outside is where North Pocono weather earns its reputation, and we spec for it: quality roofing systems that shrug off the snow load, low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors that pay for themselves each winter, and decks built for the seasons worth sitting outside — all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties.
Whether you’re opening up the floorplan, adding on, or finally building the kitchen the house deserved all along, Perez Design Build Remodel is ready. Call today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — twenty minutes down the mountain, and worth the trip.
