Proudly Serving Old Forge, PA
Old Forge homeowners already know us — ask around. Perez Design Build Remodel has worked throughout the borough for years, delivering kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding to the town that takes its craftsmanship — culinary and otherwise — seriously.
Our Old Forge clients say it better than we can. After a complete roof and ceiling project here, one homeowner told us there “wasn’t even a speck of dirt anywhere” when we finished — and that’s the standard on every job: exceptional project management, meticulous work, and a house left better than we found it in every sense.
The process is what makes that possible. One team owns your project from the first conversation to the final walkthrough: floorplans reworked with our designers, the finished space previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, materials selected from real samples, and a fair, honest price fixed before construction begins.
Old Forge’s classic homes reward that discipline — kitchens opened up from their original footprints into true gathering spaces (this is a town that understands the table matters), and bathrooms from hardworking family layouts to spa-inspired primary suites, including accessible, aging-in-place designs that keep the family home in the family.
Outside, we protect what valley weather tests every year: quality roofing systems — a particular point of pride here — plus low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors, and durable decks, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties.
Whether you’re updating a longtime family home or giving a classic double-block its next era, Perez Design Build Remodel is the contractor your Old Forge neighbors already recommend. Call today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — we’ll show you the work.
