Proudly Serving Dalton, PA
From the village blocks along the Ackerly to the farmhouses on the roads out of town, Dalton homes have history worth preserving and layouts worth rethinking. Perez Design Build Remodel brings both sensibilities — design that respects a home’s character, and construction that brings it firmly into the present — with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding.
Dalton is our backyard — the Design Center in Clarks Summit is ten minutes down the Morgan Highway — and our work here reflects it, from updated farmhouse interiors that keep the character while losing the drafts, to the crown molding and trim work our Dalton clients still get compliments on. One team carries your project from concept to completion: floorplan redesign, 3-D previews before construction, real material selections at our showroom, and a fair, honest price fixed before the work begins.
Farmhouse and older-home renovation deserves special mention here, because Dalton has plenty of both. These projects live or die on planning — structure, systems, and sequencing — and that’s precisely what a design-build process handles before demolition day, so the charm stays and the surprises don’t.
Kitchens and bathrooms are where most Dalton projects begin: kitchens opened up for the way families cook and gather now, and bathrooms ranging from smart family layouts to spa-inspired primary suites, including accessible designs that let you stay in the home and the town you love.
Outside, Abingtons weather tests every roofline and wall — so we install quality roofing systems, low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors, and durable decks, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties.
If you’re considering a remodel in Dalton, start with a short drive: our Clarks Summit showroom is minutes away, full of real finishes and real project photos. Call Perez Design Build Remodel today or stop in — we’ll show you what your home could become.
