Whole House Remodel – Dalton, PA

The owners of this lovely 200-year-old farmhouse wanted to bring the family homestead into the 21st century while retaining the home’s charm and character. In this full renovation, Perez created a fresh, contemporary update that preserved the home’s irreplaceable architectural details, honoring the original aesthetic. Exposed brick walls, natural oak floors, original stair rails, leaded glass windows, and original clawfoot tubs were carefully retained, creating a unique space that can no longer be duplicated. A gloomy, cramped kitchen was completely remodeled and expanded, creating a bright, contemporary space that tips its hat at the home’s history and complements its unique charm.
