Proudly Serving Moosic, PA
Moosic sits in the sweet spot — minutes from Scranton, backed up against Montage Mountain, with neighborhoods from Greenwood’s classic blocks to newer homes on the hillside. Perez Design Build Remodel serves them all with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding.
Our recent Moosic work says it best: a light-filled sunroom addition that turned an ordinary backyard-facing wall into the family’s favorite room — window-wrapped, bright in every season, and designed to look original to the house. That’s the design-build difference: the addition was planned in detail, previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, and priced honestly before construction ever began.
Additions are a natural fit for Moosic’s housing stock — solid homes on lots with room to grow. Whether it’s a sunroom, a family room, or the primary suite the original floorplan never included, one team carries the project from concept through construction, with in-house crews and no surprises on the invoice.
Inside, kitchens and bathrooms lead the list: kitchens rebuilt as the true center of the household, and bathrooms from efficient family layouts to spa-inspired retreats, including accessible, aging-in-place designs that keep the family home comfortable for every generation.
Outside, we handle what valley weather delivers: quality roofing systems, low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors, and durable decks — all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties, and all selectable in person at our showroom.
If your Moosic home could use more light, more room, or just a fresh start, come see what’s possible. Call Perez Design Build Remodel today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — ten minutes up the highway, and the first step toward your favorite room.
