Proudly Serving White Haven, PA
White Haven sits where the Poconos meet the Lehigh — a gateway town in the truest sense, with village originals along Main Street, mountain getaways in the woods around it, and the river and rail-trail drawing new owners every year. Perez Design Build Remodel serves them all, with kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding.
Gateway towns collect two kinds of projects: the longtime home ready for its next era, and the weekend place working its way toward year-round. Our design-build process handles both the same way — one team from first conversation to final walkthrough, floorplans reworked with our designers, the finished project previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, and a fair, honest price fixed before construction begins. For owners who aren’t here every day, that single point of accountability is the whole ballgame.
Inside, kitchens lead: village-home footprints opened into bright, efficient gathering spaces, and getaway kitchens rebuilt to feed a trailhead’s worth of guests. Floorplans get reworked for how the household actually lives, and additions arrive looking like they were part of the original plan.
Bathrooms run the full range — hardworking family layouts, spa-inspired retreats worth the drive up the mountain, and accessible, aging-in-place designs for staying comfortably in the home you’ve chosen.
Outside, Pocono weather sets the standard and we build past it: quality roofing systems rated for the snow load, low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors that earn their keep every winter, and decks built for the seasons that make White Haven worth it — all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties.
Whether you’re updating a Main Street original or turning a river getaway into a year-round address, Perez Design Build Remodel is ready. Call today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit — and let’s plan the next era of your place in the mountains.
