Proudly Serving Dunmore, PA
Dunmore wears its pride on its tree-lined blocks — from Bucktown to the neighborhoods climbing toward the reservoir, these are homes that families hold onto and keep improving. Perez Design Build Remodel has been part of that for over 40 years, delivering kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole house remodels, home additions, custom homes, roofing, and siding throughout the borough.
Our recent Dunmore work includes one of our boldest kitchens — a dramatic transformation that traded a dated layout for a rich, dark-palette design that anchors the entire first floor. It’s a good example of what design-build makes possible: a homeowner’s strong vision, translated by our designers, previewed in 3-D at our Clarks Summit Design Center, and executed by in-house crews at a price fixed before construction began.
Dunmore’s housing stock rewards that kind of planning. Whether you’re opening up a classic double-block layout, modernizing a mid-century home, or building new, the sequence is the same — your priorities first, then design, then an honest number, then construction with no surprises.
Kitchens and bathrooms lead most projects here: kitchens rebuilt as the true center of the house, and bathrooms from efficient family layouts to spa-inspired retreats, including accessible, aging-in-place designs that keep the family home in the family.
Outside, we handle what Northeast PA winters dish out — quality roofing, low-maintenance siding, energy-efficient windows and doors, and solid decks, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties and all selectable in person at our showroom.
If you’re considering a remodel in Dunmore, let’s make it concrete: call Perez Design Build Remodel today or visit our Design Center in Clarks Summit, and see the finishes, the photos, and the process for yourself.
