Proudly Serving Carbondale, PA
Carbondale’s homes were built in the city’s boom years, and it shows — solid construction, generous woodwork, and character you can’t buy new. Perez Design Build Remodel helps Pioneer City homeowners bring those homes into the present, from kitchen and bathroom remodeling to whole house remodels, home additions, roofing, and siding — a full range of professional design-build services delivered for over 40 years.
Older homes reward planning, and planning is where we start. Instead of hiring a designer and then hoping a contractor can execute, you work with one team from day one: we help you rethink your home’s layout, model the project in 3-D at our Design Center in Clarks Summit, and give you a fair, honest price before construction begins — so a hundred-year-old house holds no hundred-year-old surprises.
Thinking about the kitchen? Carbondale kitchens often carry the original footprint — closed off, undersized, and overdue. Our design team specializes in opening those layouts into bright, efficient spaces that respect the home’s character while finally giving the cook some room. From cabinetry and counters to lighting and flooring, every selection can be made in person at our showroom.
Bathrooms in older homes are where our design-build approach earns its keep — reworking cramped layouts, updating plumbing the right way, and delivering anything from a smart family bath to a full primary suite retreat, including accessible designs that let you stay in the home and neighborhood you love.
Outside, we protect what those Carbondale winters test every year: quality roofing systems, beautiful low-maintenance siding, and energy-efficient windows and doors, all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties. It’s the rare combination that makes an older home look sharper and cost less to live in.
Whether you’re restoring a Main Street classic or updating a family home in the neighborhoods above it, Perez Design Build Remodel is Carbondale’s partner for renovation done right. Call us today or visit our Clarks Summit showroom — we’ll show you our work and the beautiful finishes your home deserves.
