Home Remodeling in Back Mountain, PA

From Dallas and Trucksville to Shavertown, Lehman, and the roads out toward Harveys Lake, Back Mountain homeowners have trusted Perez Design Build Remodel for over 40 years. Whether you’re planning a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, a whole house remodel, a home addition, or exterior updates like roofing and siding, our design-build team handles everything from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

Back Mountain living has its own rhythm — established neighborhoods, larger lots, and homes that families settle into for decades. That’s exactly the kind of home our process was built for. Rather than juggling separate designers and contractors, you work with one team: we redesign your floorplan with you, bring the project to life in 3-D at our Design Center in Clarks Summit, and set a fair, honest price before construction ever starts. Our showroom is an easy trip over the mountain, and it’s where you’ll choose from the finishes and materials that will define your new space.

Considering a kitchen renovation? Our recent work right here in the Back Mountain shows what’s possible — a complete kitchen transformation that turned a dated layout into the home’s natural gathering place. As one of the most experienced kitchen remodelers serving the Back Mountain, Perez DBR pairs proven design expertise with quality workmanship for kitchens of every size, from Shavertown ranches to the larger homes along the Harveys Lake corridor.

Bathrooms get the same treatment. Whether you’re dreaming of a luxurious primary suite, a smart family bathroom that survives the morning rush, or an accessible design that lets you stay in the home you love, our team designs to your budget, your style, and your household’s real life.

Outside, Back Mountain weather does not go easy on a home. Perez DBR installs beautiful, low-maintenance siding, quality roofing systems, energy-efficient windows and doors, and top-tier decking — all backed by outstanding manufacturers’ warranties, and all selectable in person at our Clarks Summit showroom, so you can see exactly what your home’s exterior will become before you commit.

Whether you’re reimagining a single room or planning the home you’ll retire in, Perez Design Build Remodel is the Back Mountain’s trusted design-build partner. Call us today or stop by the showroom — we’ll show you our work, walk you through real material selections, and start turning your plans into something you can see.
