Perez Design/Build Remodel is very dependable. All of them were very nice, and customer orientated.

Perez Design has fixed our home to be very safe for a handicapped Vietnam veteran. Supervisors stayed in touch with us and kept everything running smoothly.

In an area where contractors frequently say they will show up but don’t or don’t give you a quote or come and never get back to you, Perez did not do that. They consistent showed up when they said they were going to, gave us a quote that was reasonable even though it was higher than the rest.

Because my project was extensive, working with Perez was a tremendous relief. I did not have to find multiple contractors to accomplish my goals. Once we finalized the plans, Perez took over all that responsibility.

Perez went about and beyond in every area to ensure I was satisfied. Charlie is an exceptional project manager, extremely professional and knowledgeable. After my roof and ceiling were completed there wasn’t even a speck of dirt anywhere. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the quality or workmanship, professionalism, experience and care I received from everyone at Perez.

We love everything about the house. I am very happy with the crown molding and the trim on the first floor. They went over and above on that element. Also, everyone that visits always comments on the floors and we love them! However, we are now having some issues with follow-up regarding our new windows.

I was most satisfied with how they had someone here everyday. They really made an effort to finish the project in a timely fashion. I thought the workmanship was fantastic!
