Perez DBR is immensely proud to have been selected as the contractor for a one-of-a kind 12,000 foot vacation home designed for entertaining. Set on a private 365-acre lakefront site, this luxurious three-level estate features 32 rooms, including a wine room, wine cellar, and a spectacular great room overlooking the lake. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic vistas as they are entertained by a pianist on a grand piano suspended on a mezzanine 20 feet above them. Boasting the finest custom finishes, the estate features11 fireplaces-among them a 30-foot tall exquisitely designed double-sided fireplace - as well as a sculptural curved staircase, and a full-sized elevator. Stunning landscaping and hardscaping complement the home’s exterior and include a breathtaking two-story waterfall feature as well as magnificent large boulder retaining walls.
