Midcentury modern meets historic brownstone in this timeless slice of post-industrial era America. We aimed to achieve harmony between the client’s midcentury modern design preference while still paying homage to the building’s roots. We found this balance by grounding the space with natural materials like wood, metal, leather, and linen before defining its client’s distinct taste with striking light fixtures and character defining furniture selections.
