Jordan joined Perez Design Build Remodel in September 2025, bringing nearly three years of architectural experience to the team. Originally from Mahanoy City and now living in Scranton, he has developed a strong foundation in both residential and commercial design through his work at a regional architecture firm. His expertise includes architectural drafting, space planning, construction documentation, and advanced 3D modeling.

Jordan is passionate about transforming ideas into tangible plans, guiding clients through each stage of the design process. He especially enjoys the moment when a digital model captures a client’s vision, turning concepts into something they can truly see and feel.

Outside of work, Jordan keeps a balanced and creative lifestyle. He enjoys weightlifting and playing basketball to stay active and often spends free time on personal design projects that let him experiment with new styles and techniques.
