A Kitchen Remodel Dream Come True: A Grateful Client’s Testimonial

At Perez Design Build Remodel, we pride ourselves not only on the quality of our craftsmanship but also on the dedication and professionalism of our team. We recently received a heartfelt letter from one of our clients, Maxine Gilligan of Clarks Summit, who took the time to share her experience with our company. Her words are a testament to what we strive for in every project: excellence, communication, and a personal touch.

From the First Contact to the Final Detail

Maxine’s kitchen and powder room remodel journey began with Chris Essig, who made her feel “so comfortable and able to do this kitchen remodel.” First impressions matter, and we’re thrilled that Chris set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable renovation experience.

Designing a space that truly reflects the homeowner’s vision takes talent and collaboration. Maxine gave a special shoutout to Dave—who she fondly refers to as working with a “magic computer”—for delivering a fabulous design. Tracy also played a crucial role, helping Maxine select the most important elements of the project.

Project Management That Goes the Extra Mile

Jason Shiffler, our dedicated project manager, impressed Maxine with his consistent communication. He reached out daily to update her on the work schedule and who would be arriving each day, which helped her stay informed and confident throughout the process.

Craftsmanship That Speaks for Itself

Mike Marsala’s attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Maxine highlighted how he made sure every aspect of the project was done right, including the little touches that made a big difference.

Of course, no remodel would be complete without the behind-the-scenes heroes. Maxine extended her gratitude to all the plumbers, electricians, painters, floor installers, roofers, and countertop professionals who contributed their skills and dedication to the project.

A Beautiful Outcome

“I have a beautiful new kitchen and powder room,” Maxine writes. “You have every reason to be so proud of the people that work for Perez.”

Her satisfaction is the greatest reward we could ask for.

To Our Clients, With Thanks
