Adam Perez, President

Adam Perez, began working for the company when he was a little boy. He purchased the company from his father in 2017 and serves as acting President. Adam is committed to excellence throughout the company’s operations and couples innovation and technology to fuel the legacy of Perez DBR.  Adam serves as an active member of the Remodelers Advantage and has been voted the MVP of multiple groups, multiple times.  To keep the company on the cutting edge Adam continues his education and holds the NAHB certifications for Green Building for Building Professionals, Business Management for Building Professionals, and is considered a Certified Green Professional. 

Adam lends his expertise in construction to the community through work with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and has also served on the Board of Directors for the Lackawanna Home Builders Association.
