Perez Design Build Remodel was founded in 1981 by Nick Perez, Sr. His son Adam Perez is an active partner in the business, but Nick Sr. continues to provide leadership, guidance and a deep store of experience. Nick Sr.’s value—quality, craftsmanship, total customer satisfaction—have made Perez Design Build Remodel the successful company it is today, and we will continue to bring those values to each project we undertake in the future.
