Nick Perez Sr. - Founder / Co-Owner / President
of Sales and Marketing
Nick Sr. founded Perez Design Build Remodel in 1981, with the intent of becoming
a leader in the remodeling industry. His commitment to uncompromising quality and 100% customer satisfaction has been the
backbone of our company from the start. Today, Nick concentrates on Sales and Marketing, while assisting other departments.
Nick Perez Jr.
- Co-Owner / Lead Carpenter / Project Manager
Nick Jr. has worked in the residential and light commercial building and remodeling market since the age of 12. His skills range from managing carpentry
crews and sub-contractors to hands-on production for various upscale projects. In the field he handles our most upscale projects
and sets the bar for our carpentry crews. He is qualified through CertainTeed
for Master Shingle Applicator and The Wizard.
Adam Perez - Co-Owner / CFO /Design & Project Manager
Adam has worked in the residential and light commercial market since the age of 15. His responsibilities include company
finances, scheduling, and management of construction crews and sub-contractors. Adam is also responsible
for overseeing our design department.
Eric - Roofer / Carpenters Apprentice
Eric has been with the company since late 2004.
He is a steady part of our roofing team and has the ability to switch tasks in order to provide help to carpenters on different
jobs. Eric is currently in training to become a Lead Roofer. He is certified through
CertainTeed Corporation as a Master Shingle Applicator and a Master Craftsman Siding Applicator. Eric has
also volunteered his time to help construct sheds for our local baseball association and Habitat for Humanity.
Jonathan - Roofer / Carpenters Apprentice
Jonathan has
been a part of our team since June 2003 and is a dependable member of our roofing crew. His responsibilities
include assisting our lead carpenters to bring a project to completion, jobsite organization and personnel training. Jonathan
also assists in the maintenance department and is responsible for the upkeep of tools and equipment.
Jason B. - Lead Roofer
Jason is our roofing expert and leads our entire roofing division. His responsibilities include
on-site management, material procurement and hands-on production. Jason has over 9 years experience in residential and light
commercial roofing. Since joining our team, Jason has breezed through the most rigorous testing CertainTeed has to offer.
His qualifications include: Master Shingle Applicator, the Wizard and Quality Master
Lynn - Office Manager
Lynn started with us in October of 2004.
She is our best foot forward as all inquiries come to her first. Lynn handles many administrative
details for our company including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service and general office duties.
She also serves as a liaison between our departments, clientele and suppliers as well as spearheads our sales and marketing
efforts with direct mail and print advertising.
David - Design Technician
David is currently a student at
Penn State University pursuing a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. He works full-time while
attending school part-time. David is well versed in Real View, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and SketchUp software
programs. He is a member of the Design Team and is responsible for creating construction documents for
permitting as well as developing design ideas. David was a 1st
place district winner in SkillsUSA for Architectural Drafting and also competed at the state level.
Rob - Carpenter Apprentice
Rob joined our team in April 2007 and has shown great initiative and drive. Rob works with
one of our design/build crews and
side-by-side with our lead carpenters. Rob’s duties include job site management and he is also in charge of maintaining
the tools, equipment, and work vehicle for his crew. He is an active army reservist and has
served time in Iraq.
Rich - Roofers' Apprentice
Rich began here in March 2007 and works with our roofing crew. He has aspirations
of becoming a lead roofer and running his own team. Rich works side-by-side with our roofers every day
and has proven himself to be a valuable addition to our roofing crew. Rich is highly motivated and
stays on task.
Jason D.- Roofer
This is Jason’s first season with us. He comes from
a long roofing background. He is well versed in commercial as well as residential roofing applications.
Jason is GAF and CertainTeed certified. He has made a huge impact on our roofing division.
When not working, Jason enjoys fishing with his daughter.
Alan - Lead Carpenter
Alan joined our
group in February 2007 and has been a great asset to this company. He has twenty-five years combined experience
in both residential and commercial carpentry. Alan’s hobbies include wood carving and hunting.
Paul - Lead Carpenter
Paul started working for us in the beginning
of the season March 2007. He has twenty-two years of experience in the field with eleven years in the modular
industry and eleven in the building and remodeling industry. He has experience in other fields as well
including electric, plumbing, framing, trim, spackle, and painting. Paul’s hobbies include decorative
wood carving and camping with his family.
